Multicam CNC routing machines have been a part of Visual Impact since the beginning. This is the premier trade show for the sign, display and printing industries and attracts visitors from throughout Australia and overseas. Multicam routers and flat bed routing machines offer unique solutions for those involved in sign manufacture and point of sale displays.

This show gave us an opportunity to exhibit our knife cutting head as well as the 3D capabilities of our machinery with our A2MC controller which provides ultra smooth, high speed processing of 3D files.

We had two machines on display. One, the Multicam SR4018Vi, was a dual head machine fitted with a HSD ceramic bearing spindle as well as ten station Automatic Rotary Tool changer and vacuum hold down table for day to day work. It also had a second head fitted with a high speed oscillating knife for cutting foam and insulation products. Click here to see a video of the machine in operation.

Used by sign and display companies for the production of signage, cut out lettering and point of sale displays the Multicam machines are favoured for their ease-of-use, versatility and reliability. Products such as acrylic, timber, aluminium, foam and composite materials (including Alpolic, Alucabond and Alupanel) can all be processed on Multicam CNC routing machines.

The Multicam M-I was exhibited as a solution for companies requiring a small format machine for general CNC routing and sign production. With a process area of 1200mm x 1000mm x 150mm the M-I is perfectly suited to the production of small to medium size signage, cut-out lettering and other components in materials ranging from sign foam to aluminium.
 

The Multicam M-I CNC Router is a fully featured CNC routing machine with 3D capability allowing for the production of molds and 3D models when coupled with suitable design software. It shares the same proven controller as all other Multicam CNC Routing machines.

Multicam CNC routing machines are compatible with all major software packages such as CASmate, EnRoute, FlexiSign, SignLab, CorelDraw! and AutoCAD. They are also compatible with 3D software programs such as Vectric, ARTcam, SolidWorks, Rhino, Pytha, Enroute3D and many more, enabling you to create extraordinary signage with a minimum of fuss.
