Easy to reach operator controls means that the machine operator has full command of the machine at all times. Supervisor controlled "factory modes" means that you can restrict access to certain machine functions by the machine operator if you wish. The unobstructed access to the machine bed assists in loading and unloading of the machine. This allows you greater freedom to place the machine within your factory based upon your current work flow. You can load from either end of the machine or either side of the machine. All Multicam machines are computer independent once job files are transmitted to the machine. The operator has the ability to override job cutting parameters without having to return to the host computer to make adjustments. This adds up to greater control and flexibility on the factory floor.

The advanced fully Automatic Tool Change
Carousel is mounted on the travelling gantry of the machine
enabling tool changes to be made at any position along the machine.
This means that valuable processing time is not wasted by the machine
having to return to a fixed position in order for a tool change to be
made. The automatic tool changer is integrated in to the Multicam machine with safety in operation a key feature of the mechanism. Tool changes are performed well away from the operator with the engaging and disengaging of tooling being fully concealed. Simplicity, robust construction ensures years of trouble free operation under even the most demanding of manufacturing environments.
