We have incorporated industry-proven tooling, such as the high-frequency HSD and Perske spindles, into the design of the MultiCam machine. The heavy-duty construction of the STEEL Gantry and the machine in general ensures a rigid base on which to work with a minimum of vibration and resonance.

Software features directly aimed at the metal industry, such as MultiPass, Lead in/Lead out, Start Point Selection, Tool Plunge speed, Restart control, Component Array and Last Pass Cleanup allow the MultiCam operator to confidently attack any job by automatically controlling all tool function parameters, thereby producing jobs of consistent quality with a minimum of fuss. Material holding "tabs" or "bridges" can be easily set by the operator and are used for retention of small and large components. Both the size and position of tabs is controlled by the operator. Features such as machine reverse allow you to control whether to perform climb milling or conventional milling depending upon the nature of your material and tooling.
