The Multicam ductmaking machine is a flat bed CNC router that has been designed to help revolutionise the production of pre-insulated air ducting construction within the heating, ventilation and air conditioning industry. Large routing tables are available to suit all common panel sizes commonly associated with the HVAC industry.

Using the Multicam Ductmaker system for processing phenolic foam duct could not be more simple. It removes the traditional labour intensive work required and eliminates the need for marking out, creating templates or using Jack Planes and hand knives.

Our EZYDuct ductmaker software comes with an extensive parametric library of components allowing full control of the panel configuration and dimensions. All panels can be nested to maximise sheet usage and reduce material cost.

A simple click of the mouse transforms the nested files directly to the Multicam Ductmaker ready for processing. Once the machine receives the program the components are then produced exactly to specification whether it is a simple "one off" or mass production.
