We have incorporated industry-proven tooling, such as the high-frequency HSD  spindles, into the design of the Multicam machine.

The heavy-duty construction of the machines with fully welded steel frame and gantry ensures a rigid base on which to work with a minimum of vibration and resonance.

The Multicam A2MC controller is compatible with all common CAD/CAM software programs such as MasterCAM, SolidCAM, RhinoCAM, Visual Mill, CAMworks, and Enroute to name a few, so you are free to work with the products you already know when designing your jobs for the Multicam machine.

Used for dispensing cutting fluid in a fine mist for lubrication and cooling, our mist spraying attachment improves cutting performance, increases tool life and improves surface finish. Indispensible when machining aluminium and other ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

This attachment is essential in applications where profile tools, such as v-grooving cutters are used for folding operations. Typically this is in ACM applications where folding and cutting are required. Inconsistent material thickness will result in grooves of varying depths causing issues when bending and folding.

When machining thin metals, such as colorbond, there is a tendency for the material to lift during the cutting process. Our pressure foot keeps the material firmly in place during cutting thus preventing poor edge cut finish and tool breakage.
